Kirkwood Hockey Club

Kirkwood High Hockey Club (dba. KHC) was founded in the second year of the Mid-States Hockey Association beginning with the 1972-1973 season. We take great pride in our long tradition of hockey excellence and have won 5 State Championships in 1973, 1974, 1981, 1982 and 1991.

MISSION

It is the mission of the Kirkwood High Hockey Club to maintain a competitive high school ice

hockey program representing Kirkwood High School. KHC is organized for the students of

Kirkwood High School to represent their school as student-athletes by emphasizing a high level

of academics, conduct, teamwork, and personal development. The goal of KHC is to enable our

student athletes to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, respect,

responsibility, accountability, and sportsmanship while promoting the value of participation in a

team sport.
